Warning to fly-tippers
Lazy fly-tippers have been urged to clean up their acts and stop dumping piles of rubbish at a recycling centre.
Council and supermarket workers have fought a constant battle over the last four months to clear discarded boxes and bags of waste - and even electrical appliances - from the household recycling site on the Tesco car park in Leyland.
