South Ribble Borough Council is no longer a stock holding authority having transferred its council housing stock in October 1994 to New Progress Housing Association.
The Council does not have many homes in multiple occupation but does have a rolling programme to inspect all private rented properties.
South Ribble can offer advice services which are free, impartial,and in confidence to all residents of the borough on all matters relating to housing.
