There's nowhere better than South Ribble if you're looking for a leisurely day or a spot of culture.
With three leisure centres, a specialist tennis and fitness centre and several other community sports facilities across the borough, people in South Ribble have plenty of opportunities to stay healthy, fit and well.
The council signed an exciting partnership in 2005 to deliver leisure services in partnership with South Ribble Community Leisure Limited, the Leisure Centres are managed by Serco working as agent to South Ribble Community Leisure Limited and in partnership with South Ribble Borough Council. Thanks to this agreement, customers will see £7m spent on the borough's leisure sites over the next few years.
But there's much more to South Ribble than sports and fitness. We have a wide range of facilities and events based around the borough's culture and heritage. The menu bar on the right will tell you more about what we can offer.
