Concessionary Travel Scheme
Free bus travel is now available to people of pension age and eligible disabled people in South Ribble.
From the 1st April 2011 the way to apply for a Consessionary travel card (NoWcard) is changing,
Lancashire County Council are now responsible for the Process of applying for a NoWcard,
You can now Apply by,
Visiting the venues listed below.
You can also apply by using the Lancashire County Council TeleTalk system,

Who is eligible for a Concessionary Travel Pass (NoWcard)?
NoWcards are available to residents of pension age, this is currently changing to find out at what age you will qualify please visit NoWcard.
How do I apply for a NoWcard?
What do I need?
If you are applying for a NoWcard because you are of Pension age:
- You must be able to supply proof of your age (birth certificate, passport)
- You must be able to supply proof of your address (utility bill)
All proofs must be seen in person or through the teletalk system.
If you are applying for a NoWcard because you have a disability:
- You must be able to supply proof of your address (utility bill)
- You must be able to supply suitable evidence of your disability. For examples of the types of evidence required please visit the NoWcard website (Proof of Disability)
