Council Expenditure Over £250
As a publicly funded organisation the Council is committed to being as open and transparent as possible on how it is spending tax-payers money.
We are now publishing online details showing items of spend over £250 made to suppliers for goods and services.
Payments to Suppliers
The reports below list payments showing items of spend over £250 (excl VAT) made by the Council to suppliers and external bodies and includes supplier name, reference/voucher number, amount and spend type details.
Spending data will be published on a monthly basis.
For Data Protection reasons some personal data will be excluded from the information published as will VAT.
Any questions/queries will be dealt with as FOI requests and should be sent to foi@southribble.gov.uk quoting :- Spend over £250, the period, supplier name, reference and amount.
We will respond to your request within 20 days.
We will be as transparent as we can in our response but in some cases we will need to respect information that could be seen as commercially sensitive.
From August 2012 we are now publishing reports on the Councils spend for anything over £250.
This data is freely re-usable under the same terms as data.gov.uk recommend at

We are publishing the data in two formats (PDF & CSV)
The PDF format is the easiest format to read data in but does not allow data to be analysed or sorted.
Please note CSV format allows you to put data into a spread sheet, however it does use a standard column width and not all entries may be visible.
