The Partnership uses a multi-agency approach to ensure that the actions contained in the Community Safety Strategy are properly implemented and that these actions contribute to reducing crime and disorder in the borough.

To prevent and reduce acts of anti-social behaviour which affect the community

Reducing Crime
To reduce all crime in South Ribble in accordance with agreed Home Office Public Service Agreement (PSA 1)

To increase safe choices and quality of support for those experiencing domestic abuse

Reducing Drug Misuse
To prevent young people in South Ribble from becoming tomorrow’s problematic drug users

To improve awareness of the harmful effects of alcohol misuse to those in South Ribble identified as being at the risk of harm
