  • Green spaces planning policy

    The Local Plan is used to guide the Council’s day-to-day planning decisions and explains what type of development will normally be allowed and where. It was adopted by the council in Feb 2000 and substantially saved on 27th September 2007 with the exception of a small number of policies which are detailed in the attachment below. The Central Lancashire Core Strategy will take over from the South Ribble Local Plan, look at the Central Lancashire Core Strategy Page for more details.
