Recovery - council tax

Refuse
The Council's Neighbourhood Services Department is responsible for the collection of household waste from residents within South Ribble. Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS)
The Local Plan is used to guide the Council’s day-to-day planning decisions and explains what type of development will normally be allowed and where. It was adopted by the council in Feb 2000 and substantially saved on 27th September 2007 with the exception of a small number of policies which are detailed in the attachment below. The Central Lancashire Core Strategy will take over from the South Ribble Local Plan, look at the Central Lancashire Core Strategy Page for more details.

Rent guarantee scheme
A Place to Live is a registered charity that works in partnership with South Ribble Borough Council who aims to help people who are in housing need to find a property in the private sector by offering a written bond instead of a cash deposit to the landlord on behalf of the tenant.
