  • Wild Animal Licences

    The Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 regulates the keeping of dangerous wild animals. It aims to ensure that where private individuals keep such animals, they do so in circumstances which create no risk to the public and, to some extent, safeguard the welfare of the animals. This is done by means of a local authority licensing regime.

    Withy Grove Park is the largest park within Bamber Bridge and is currently being developed to be one of South Ribble’s three major parks. Located next to Bamber Bridge Leisure Centre, the park includes the borough’s flagship play area, the first phase of the park’s regeneration.
