Arrangements for parking administration within South Ribble are now managed by Lancashire Parking Services at Lancashire County Council. This page provides details about South Ribble car park locations and pay & display charges, how to apply for resident and disabled parking permits and what to do if you receive a penalty charge notice.

In September 2009 Lancashire County Council took over management of enforcement for on-street parking and council car parks with the parking within South Ribblenow being managed by Lancashire Parking Services.  South Ribble Borough Council retains responsibility only for issuing residents on-street parking permits.  Visit the Lancashire Parking Services website for further information and guidance on the following:
