Health Walk - Lostock Hall
Free health walks every Tuesday (Thursday in the Leyland area) from 1pm. Each walk, ranging between one and 2.5 miles, is designed to help you get fit and stay healthy. There’s no need to book – simply turn up at the meeting places on the dates listed below. Free Guided Ramble - Penwortham
South Ribble Borough Council is supporting volunteers to lead free guided rambles of 3 to 6 miles long. Rambles are expected to take around 2 to 3 hours and all will start at 10.00am Meet at Hurst Grange Park, car park, Penwortham. This walk is graded as Moderate Sutable clothing including sturdy footwear is essential. Stiles and some uphill waklking will be involved.
