If you have a licence with us and wish the premises to be re-inspected to improve the star rating the form Re-rating form (PDF) [79KB] . You should ensure that you have carried out any works identified on your previous visit before doing this - ratings can be go down as well as up! This is a chargeable service - please see the fees documents above for the current fee.

Zoos & Dangerous Wild Animal Licences


Zoos and dangerous wild animals are not covered by the new regulations but remain under previous legislation. The fees for these licences can be viewed here.
