Personal Searches CON29

Fees and arrangements - Con29 questions

You can pay a fee for us to undertake a full local land charges search on your behalf.  This is known as an Official Search.  Alternatively you can find the information for yourself by undertaking a personal search for each individual piece of information by inspecting the information at our offices or by retrieving the information online (if it is available) for free or request that copies are sent to you by e-mail or in an alternative format by virtue of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (for which a reasonable charge is made in accordance with the regulations).

We aim to answer your request within 20 working days from the date we receive it but we will endeavour to answer your query as soon as possible.  If for any reason we are unable to meet this deadline, we will keep you informed.  Please inform the relevant department that your request is being made under EIR.
