Sign up to a 2024-2025 Garden Waste Subscription

2024/2025 garden waste stickers: if you ordered your permits before 11 March, including payment by Direct Debit, your sticker will be delivered by Monday 25 March. Any stickers ordered after 11th March will be received within 12 working days. 

How does it work? 

The collection of garden waste costs £25 per year to subscribe for one bin, collected on a fortnightly basis. Multiple subscriptions per property are available and can be added during the sign up process. This charge will cover a minimum of 22 collections per year, per bin from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

Please note: If you join part way through the year or only need a collection a few times a year, the charge will still remain at £25. There are no reduced rates or concessions available.

All bins are subject to our container charging policy if lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair.

Bin Permit Sticker

Once you have signed up, you will receive a permit sticker which you will need to stick onto the rear of your bin under the handle, instructions will be included with the permit sticker.

It can take up to 12 working days for your bin permit sticker to arrive. If you have not received your sticker after 12 working days, you can contact us on 01772 625 625. 

Permit stickers not received within 28 days can be replaced free of charge if reported within the time frame, missing stickers reported after 28 days will incur an administration cost of £2.95.
