15 new affordable homes approved for McKenzie Arms site in Bamber Bridge
The planning application for 15 new affordable homes on the McKenzie Arms site in Bamber Bridge was approved by South Ribble Borough Council Planning Committee last night (27th).
Work is set to begin in 2021 and the development will see three, three-bedroom townhouses, nine one-bedroom apartments and three two-bedroom apartments.
