Council planning officers visit pupils at St Mary's Catholic High School in Leyland
Two of our planning officers dropped in on pupils at St Mary's Catholic High School in Leyland last week.
The session — which was originally billed as a 'Careers in Geography' session — actually touched on a plethora of different topics: town planning, the role of council planning officers, and the industrial revolution and its effect on big cities like Manchester and, closer to home, Leyland.
